A very spacious, comfortable, quiet isolated house that is tastefully decorated and very functional a few steps from the beach of the Bay of Sion Sur l’Océan on the Vendée coast.

The region is bursting with things to do for the whole family. Sandy beaches and rocky coves extend up and down this coastline giving you lots of choice for your beach trip; water sports are also popular. Quiet country lanes and farm tracks around the site join a huge network of cycleways to explore the region, whether heading inland or out to the coast. Nearby lakes and reservoirs offer peaceful walks, fishing and water sports.
Horse riding, go-karting, quad biking are all available in close proximity plus numerous visitor attractions including a working windmill, chateaux, scented gardens, vineyards, butterfly farms, zoo, children’s play parks, and tree top adventure trails.

The property is available to rent in conjunction with Les Pois sont Rouges and is open all year round. Minimum 4 nights in the off season.

Purpose These general conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the remote reservation of services offered by the establishment Les Petits Pois Sont Rouges (represented by Mr and Mrs Schmits, LMNP) on its Site and its Services. mobiles. The establishment reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event that the reservation is incomplete. Reservations regardless of their origins will be payable in euros only. When registering the reservation, a 50% deposit will be payable by bank transfer or check. (exceptions made for prepaid reservations such as gift vouchers or for stays offered as a gift to a third party which must be paid in full upon reservation). The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability to his needs, so that the establishment cannot be held liable in this regard. 5. Payment Payment of the balance of the stay is made at the establishment when the keys are handed over, except in the case of special conditions or rates (gift vouchers or stay offered as a gift to a third party) where payment is made in full when booking. The establishment may ask the customer, upon arrival, for a security deposit, in order to guarantee the payment of the sums corresponding to the services consumed on site. In the case of a bank transfer, the reservation becomes firm and final only upon receipt of the deposit by the establishment, within the time limits. The payment of the balance of the stay will be made on site with the establishment in cash, by check, bank transfer. 6. Right of withdrawal The customer is reminded, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12° of the Consumer Code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121- 21 of the Consumer Code. The Conditions of Sale for the reserved rate specify the terms and conditions for canceling and/or modifying the reservation. 7. Modification of stay Any modification of reservation must be the subject of a request by email to the establishment or by telephone. The request will only become effective when the establishment has confirmed its acceptance in writing. In the event of modification of the stay, the following conditions apply: – In the event of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the sums collected will be automatically acquired. – Any stay started is entirely due. 8. Cancellation of stay Any cancellation of reservation must be the subject of a request by email to the establishment. The request will only become effective when the establishment has confirmed its acceptance in writing. In the event of cancellation of stay, the following conditions apply except in cases of force majeure: – For any request made less than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. The stay cannot be postponed to a later date without the agreement of the establishment. – In the event of no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the sums collected will be automatically acquired. – Any stay started is entirely due. **** In the case of COVID-19, the establishment accepts last-minute changes and cancellations of stays if a new confinement or a traffic restriction should be decided by the government. On request, customers whose stay is canceled will be able to obtain an immediate refund. During the 1st confinement in March 2020, faced with the exceptional situation, customers whose stay was canceled initially benefited from a financial credit corresponding to the sums already paid. These credits, valid for 18 months, can be deducted during a future stay at Les Petits Pois Sont Rouges. However, the sums paid can also be the subject of a total refund if no new date can be fixed because of the customer or the establishment. Indeed, in the context of the global pandemic, the establishment currently accepts and throughout the duration of the pandemic, only stays of minimum 2 nights. Responsibilities It is up to the Establishment to take out all the guarantees and insurance necessary for welcoming the public to its Establishment and for carrying out its activity. The customer will ensure that the participants do not disturb the operation of the establishment or affect the security of the establishment as well as of the people who are there. Unless expressly provided otherwise, the customer must leave the room and the establishment before 10:00 a.m. on the day of the end of the reservation. It is not allowed to take advantage of the garden, the jacuzzi and other infrastructure of the establishment after check-out nor before the check-in scheduled from 5:00 p.m. Failing this, he will be charged an additional night. Animals are prohibited. Les Petits Pois Sont Rouges offers free WIFI access allowing guests to connect to the internet. Recipients of gift vouchers will also benefit from a credit note. These assets may be deducted from a future stay and will be valid within the time limit set by the said decree.
